A tabernacle door. High 80 cm. Wide 41 cm. The door has a delicately carved and painted scene of Christ with two of his disciples at supper in Emmaus (Lucas 24,13-35). The stairs leading up to the dining area is realistic and well constructed. The door belonged to an altarpiece from around 1800 in the Southern Netherlands. It is in mint condition.
