A watercolour showing an 18th C. beach scene with boats. Size: 9 x 5 cm. Signed on the mount by Hendrik Spilman (born in Amsterdam 1721 and died in Haarlem in 1784). With the collectors stamp of I.Q. van Regteren Altena. Spilman was especially famous for his drawings, many of which can be seen in the Rijksmuseum.
