A rare 16th C polychrome Dutch tile in good condition.

A polychrome tile. Size 13 x 13 cm. Thickness 15 mm. Decorated with an orange star in the center, surrounded by geometric stylized flowers. Some superficial damage to the corners. The thickness of the tile is suggestive for manufacture in the second half of the sixteenth century. No restorations or repairs. An early tile with this type of decoration is rare.
