A pewter chamber pot. High 12 cm. Diameter 22 cm. Weight 1325 gram. Recently excavated in Amsterdam. The touchmark on the bottom refers to Hendrik van Meehen, who belonged to the guild in Haarlem from 1685 to 1722. The chamber pot has a characteristic and attractive "mud"-patina.
