A salmon spear. Length 95 cm. Length of the handforged iron part 39 cm. The spear consists of a proper spear part and a hook to pull the catch aboard. The iron part is long to provide a solid connection with the wooden handle. Mint condition, no damages, no repairs. Of this type of early fishing gear only very few have been known to exist.
