A "Traganth" mould. Size: 16,5 x 8 x 1,5 cm. Delicately carved in boxwood. With six different images, three animals, a house, a coat of arms and a flower. Traganth is an elastic material made of sugar and was used for the decoration of pies. This mould is in mint condition. Holland, 18th C.
