A pair of "bolspelden". Diameter of the sphere 4 cm. Overall length , including fixation pin 11 cm. The ball shaped globes were made in two halves as can clearly be seen. This type of decoration is typical for the katholic dress of Zuid-Beveland in the Dutch province of Zeeland towards the end of the nineteenth century. The condition is very good with signs of use.
