A very rare 17th C silversmiths anvil dated "ANNO 1690".

A large anvil. Height 44 cm. Length 89 cm. The anvil of unusually delicate shape has on one side a round tip and on the other a flat one. In the middle on one side "ANNO" and on the other "1690". Probably French. And possibly from a silversmith. In mint condition.
