An early 17th C. Gouda polychrome tile of a dodo.

A coloured tile. Size 13 x 13 cm. Thickness 15 mm. "Ox-head" corner decorations. Central most likely a polychrome dodo. Many of these tiles were made in Gouda. This tile was manufactured around 1620. It is in good conditions with minor signs of use.
