A very delicate 19th C. dental separating saw with a mother of pearl handle.

A dental separating saw. Overall length 18,5 cm. Handle well made from mother of pearl. With an elegant tightening nut. Similar saws are illustrated on page 121 of Elisabeth Bennions book "Antique Dental Instruments". This saw was probably made in England around 1850. It is in perfect condition.
