A 17th C drawing pen with leadpencil and red chalk

A brass drawing pen with on one end lead pencil and on the other red chalk. Length when closed 10,5 cm. The pencil and chalk can be moved outside the tube for use. The decorations are typical for the first half of the 17th C. Rembrandt used exactly the same type of drawing instrument. In mint condition with pencil and chalk still present. From a 17th C excavation site in Amsterdam.
