An early seventeenth century bronze pipe cleaner with a unicorn.

A bronze pipe cleaner. Length 8 cm. The object is crowned by a delicately sculptured unicorn. Due to prolonged stay in the earth the bronze has acquired a beautiful patina. It was found in an ancient excavation site in Middelburgh. Especially the unicorn makes this object extremely rare.
